I'm a natural dominant, not one to bull shit around. let alone waste other peoples time. I tell it like I see it and at times can be very blunt, and my honesty can hurt others. I don't let my dominance go to my head though. I can be gentle and generous, but also strict when needed. I'm very communicative and can talk for hours, but also listen and mentor where I can. I'm picky as to who I associate with since I believe in taking my time getting to know the other and with my business, a girl needs to blend in and not stick out drawing unwanted questions by my colleagues and clients.
