Single male living alone in a 3-bedroom house with a huge yard. While not specifically seeking an age-gap, I've been on my own for a long time and, if I'm going to be in a relationship now, it would be with someone who is very attractive. They tend to be significantly younger. Very much open to meeting new people and making new friends. If someone who is quite special comes along, I'm completely open to taking that relationship to wherever it may go.
I have a unique set-up at my home venue and I'd like to have some new younger friends who would enjoy using the facilities I have here for picnics, & parties. Those facilities include: a 30' party tent and campfire area outside and a small 7'x10' dance floor inside. (Did I mention I DJ?)
