Hello! I'm a heathy and fit guy who looks and feels a lot younger than I actually am. I've been a distance runner since I was a little kid. It just happens to be something I excelled at and continue to enjoy. I've traveled a lot all over the country for racing through the years which is always a lot of fun!

Life after college for me has mostly involved serving as a non-profit leader in my community and being a coach at both the high school and college level. I feel very fortunate that these professions have opened doors to a lot of memorable experiences and I've met so many exceptional people along the way.

I'm very open-minded and easy to talk to. Empathy, communication and being a good listener are certainly some of my strongest traits having been in leadership roles for so long. I'm also very selfless and caring (I think it runs in both sides of my family!).

It would be awesome to connect with women around my age or younger for friendship or something more. We will get along if you are kind, funny, sincere, true to yourself, go with the flow and value your self-worth. These things also describe me well so we'd click for sure if you have some of these qualities!
