Looking for an activity partner. I love nature and outdoor activities, especially hiking and kayaking (though I don't currently own any water craft). I enjoy traveling and road trips.

Looking for harmony. My favorite musicians are Johnny Cash (his older stuff) and Katie Melua. His "Cause I love you" and her "If I were a Sailboat" are my favorite songs. I like most forms of music: classic rock, folk, baroque, classical, reggie, pop, country, etc; but dislike rap.

Looking for someone smart. I am very intellectual and enjoy deep conversations, especially over wine and after a fine meal. I have advanced degrees in philosophy, and will not find you attractive if you lack curiosity or have no interest in intellectual topics. But if you wonder about the meaning life, desire wisdom, and have a passion for the good life, then I will likely find you intensely beautiful.

Looking for a dance partner. Although it has been a while, I am a very good dancer. I used to know the foxtrot, the waltz, both the eastern and western swing, the polka, the tango, the cha-cha, and even the Landler (the ballroom dance performed in the movie "The Sound of Music"). I want you to be fit and athletic - so I can sweep you off your feet (and not have to set you down again right away). My favorite dance is actually the two-step because it is so simple, flexible, fluid, and sensual.

Looking for an old soul in a young body. I find maturity attractive, but maturity does not always correspond to age. I also want a children and unfortunately women my age are no longer fertile.

So, I hope to find a young woman who is active and fit, of good character, above average intelligence, loves dancing, music, laughter, and life!
